How to choose a copper bathtub
Choose your size
Our copper soaking tub comes in six bath sizes from 49 to 78 inches long. A 49- or 51-inch tub fits a smaller bathroom, while the 63- to 78-inch sizes give you room to stretch out. A 25-inch display size is also available, and we build custom sizes on request.
Plan the plumbing and the floor
A freestanding tub needs its own filler. Choose a floor-mounted filler, or a wall-mounted one such as our unlacquered brass tub filler with hand shower. A filled soaking tub is heavy, so have a contractor confirm the floor can carry it, especially on an upper floor.
Caring for the patina
Each tub is hand-forged and given a rustic green patina that keeps deepening over time. Clean it with mild soap, water and a soft cloth, and avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners that would strip the finish.
